Pat graduated cum laude from Washington & Jefferson College with a B.A. in Economics in 1982, and with honors from the University of Texas with a juris doctor in 1985. Following graduation from law school, he practiced with the law firm of Ross, Griggs & Harrison for two years and for eight years with the law firm of Bush & McCaffrey, P.C. in Houston, Texas. Specializing in insurance litigation, both first and third party, he has experience in tort and commercial litigation involving coverage, transportation, toxic torts, nursing home liability, ambulance service liability, wrongful death, defamation, arson, insurance fraud, and professional liability. Pat is a member of TIDA. His practice is concentrated in tort defense, coverage and products liability.
